The St. Joseph's Association
Welcome to the St. Joseph's Association Web Page.
The function of the Association is to organise social events for members of the school community, and to raise money to buy extra equipment for the school.
The Association organises and assists with a significant number of events during each year. The Association considers it important to vary the activities to encourage the widest possible participation from the parents, teachers and children.
In addition to organising events such as the Summer and Christmas fayres, and evening social events, the Association helps with school events including providing refreshments for the Summer Concert, school productions, and coffee mornings.
Typically, the Association raises between £10,000 and £15,000 per annum.
Over the past few years a variety of equipment has been bought for the school including interactive whiteboards, three gazebos, playground benches and play equipment, cameras and numerous books. The most recent projects have been the 'Jungle Track ' for KS2 and the 'Whale Trail' for KS1.
